Pricing
One license.
Everything in it.
There is no free tier and there are no tiers to compare. Every feature is in the one product, and none of them starts costing more when you get busier.

Tiers punish the studios that use the thing most.
The usual arrangement puts galleries, automations or extra staff behind a higher plan — which means the busier you get, the more you pay for software you already learned. The flat price is the whole offer.
If you stop paying, you keep your data
Your clients, bookings, galleries and the record of money you have taken stay in your own database, readable and exportable. New enquiries still arrive.
What stops is saving changes, the automatic emails and self-serve booking. Losing access to your own records because a card expired is not something we were willing to build.
How it compares
Against the way most studios are charged.
The columns are the shapes these products come in, not named competitors — the point is the model, and the model is what costs you money.
| Compare the models | Snapeterna | Hosted studio CRM | Plugins and folders |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where your client data lives | Your database | Theirs | Yours |
| Who takes the payment | Your gateway | Theirs, then you | Your gateway |
| Commission per booking | None | Often | None |
| Price as you get busier | Flat | Per seat or per job | Flat |
| Double-booking refused by the database | Yes | Unknown | No |
| Enquiry and booking are one record | Yes | Usually | No |
| Galleries, proofing and prints included | Yes | Higher plan | Separate tools |
| Works with your existing site | It is your site | Subdomain | Yes |
| If you stop paying | Read and export | Export window | Keep everything |
“Plugins and folders” is the honest alternative and it is free. What it costs instead is the gaps between the tools — which is the thing this product exists to close.
Pricing questions
The small print, in plain words.
Is it one site per licence?
Yes. One licence activates one WordPress site. If you run a second brand or a staging copy, get in touch rather than guessing — we would rather sort it than have you find out at the wrong moment.
What happens at renewal?
It renews for another year at the price you are on. If you cancel, the plugin keeps working in the read-only state described above — your records stay yours.
Do I pay you anything per booking?
No. The money goes from your client to your gateway, and we are not in the middle of it. That is the main reason this is a plugin on your own site rather than a service on ours.
What do I need to run it?
A WordPress site you can install plugins on, and WooCommerce if you want to take payments. For galleries at any scale, the server needs to be able to resize images and to have somewhere to put them.
The plugin reports on screen what your particular server can and cannot do, rather than leaving you to find out from a client.
Can I try it first?
No. There is no trial and no free tier — it is one paid licence, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it.
Two things stand in for one. Before you buy, the plugin’s own checks tell you what your particular server can and cannot do, so the one genuinely uncertain part is answered without you installing anything. And after you buy, cancelling leaves it read-only rather than dark: your clients, bookings and galleries stay readable and exportable.
If what you actually want to know is whether it fits the way your studio works, ask us. That is a faster and better answer than a fortnight of poking at it.
